How do I place an order?

How much is shipping?

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. To simply the order process, we offer flat shipping rates for US and International shipping. We also offer an USPS Express Overnight option (US residents only). Our shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping charges based on your location, and the quantity of items you order.

• Expedited US shipping (3-5 business days) is $3.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.


• Expedited International Shipping (5-10 business days) is $5.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.


• Overnight shipping (guaranteed next day) is $17.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item and is available for US residents only.

Downloadable Version

We are now offering downloadable versions of our Mobile Installation CD-ROMs. Simply select "Download" as the delivery method while shopping on our website (see screenshot below), and the full contents of the CD-ROM will be available to you as an immediate download following purchase.

Download customers can also have the CD-ROM version sent to them for a small fee. Once you have added a download product to your shopping cart, scroll down to "Related Products" and you will have the option to add the CD-ROM to your order. CLICK HERE to add the optional CD-ROM to your order manually.

This downloadable version will allow you to browse the information on your computer, or you may write the contents of the downloaded files to CD-ROM one time and for your personal use only.

Download Time: File size is 85MB. Download time is approximately 5 minutes with a cable modem, and 4 hrs with dial-up. Your time may vary.

Download versions are compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista, Win XP, Win 2000, Win ME, Win 98, and Win NT 4.0 only. however our CD-ROM versions are compatible Windows plus Mac OS, and Linux.

What about software updates?

We release a new version of our Mobile Installation CD-ROMs with updated vehicle data once per calendar year. We are committed to keeping our prices low, and taking care of our existing customers. Prior to an official release of the new set of installation CD-ROMs we will notify all of our past and existing customers via email with a discounted upgrade offer, typically 50% off.

If you own a prior version of our software and want to buy the latest release then you qualify for an upgrade discount. Please CONTACT US and include the email address used when you placed your last order and state that you would like to a special upgrade code. Once we verify your original order we'll respond with instructions on how to purchase the newest version of our software at the upgrade price.
